We are sorry to see you go. Below you can read important information about account deletion and initiate your deletion request using OTP verification.
What happens when you delete your account?
Personal Profile & Stats
Your personal information, bio, player attributes, uploaded photos, certificates, and skill metrics will be permanently deleted.
Team & Manager Roles
Your association with team rosters and manager privileges will be revoked. Tournament records remain anonymized for league history.
Ground Bookings & Inquiries
Active booking histories, ground inquiries, and app sessions will be unlinked and purged from active servers.
Irreversible Action
Once verified and confirmed, account deletion cannot be undone. You will need to create a new account to use KickoffHub again.
Security Verification Required
To protect your account from unauthorized deletion, we require OTP verification sent directly to your registered email address or phone number (WhatsApp). If you experience issues or no longer have access to your registered contact method, please contact info@jiejtech.com.
